The Opportunity

Casual LPNs Sought

Shepherd's Care Foundation is seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a casual basis. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide leadership in the safe delivery of resident care, medication administration, and other nursing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise Health Care Aides and other non-regulated health care staff to ensure quality care and support is provided to residents and families.
  • Work collaboratively with the Program Manager and other healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality resident care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Requirements

  • Member in good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA).
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills and experience working in a healthcare setting.
