Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway (1041956 BC). As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations and Logistics: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and health and safety protocols.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Event Management: Manage events and promotions to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
