Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Oversee the restaurant's inventory, ordering, and stock management to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve business objectives, providing input on menu development, pricing, and promotions.
- Manage the restaurant's budget, controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
