Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
