Key Responsibilities- Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, track orders, and ensure timely restocking of products.
- Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve order-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
This is a temporary full-time position, working 37.5 to 42 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
