Job Summary:

  • The Employee Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a positive and productive work environment for Bayshore Healthcare staff.
  • This position is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of employee onboarding, including orientation and training programs.
  • The Employee Experience Coordinator will also develop and maintain a post-orientation support program to assist staff in using company tools and technology.
  • Additionally, this role will implement and maintain an employee feedback program to gather insights and suggestions from staff.
  • The Employee Experience Coordinator will work closely with the branch team to foster a strong communications culture and promote open-door policies.
  • This position will also participate in recruitment initiatives and ongoing internal and external continuing education activities.
  • The Employee Experience Coordinator will adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures and participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate employee onboarding programs
  • Develop and maintain post-orientation support programs
  • Implement and maintain employee feedback programs
  • Foster a strong communications culture
  • Participate in recruitment initiatives
  • Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 1+ years of Human Resources and/or varied Administration work experience
  • Previous Recruitment experience preferred
  • Experienced user of technology including MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and human resource information systems (HRIS)
