Key Responsibilities

  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments made by customers, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Order Merchandise: Source and purchase new inventory to meet the demands of our customers, ensuring that our stock levels are always adequate.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform our business strategy.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and support.

Requirements
