H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD is seeking a skilled Rental Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our rental agency. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and authorize payments by cheque.
  • Order merchandise and authorize the return of merchandise.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and supervise the activities of workers.
Work Environment
  • The Rental Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and be required to handle heavy loads.
  • They will also be required to work under pressure and have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills and be a team player.
Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
