Job Title: Rental Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a Rental Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rental agency, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and authorize payments by cheque.
  • Order merchandise and authorize the return of merchandise.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.

Work Environment:

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
