Rental Service Supervisor Role

H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD is seeking a skilled Rental Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our rental agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, authorizing payments, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including retail salespersons and sales clerks
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Work under pressure to meet sales targets and customer demands
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Security and Safety:

  • Driving record check (abstract) required

Transportation/Travel Information:

  • Public transportation is available
