Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a key member of our rental agency, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail business, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks.
Work Environment:

Our Rental Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent oral communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work in a rural area and drive a vehicle.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
