We are currently in search of a driven Virtual Automotive Sales Consultant to join our vibrant team.
Location: Remote (On-site position)
Compensation: Competitive salary structure
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm, Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and requirements based on financing options
- Build rapport through virtual consultations and phone interactions
- Inform and guide clients regarding current lending criteria
- Facilitate the sale and leasing of vehicles in line with dealership protocols
- Enhance sales performance through proactive engagement
- Utilize DealerTrack to manage leads effectively
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients
- Collaborate with financial institutions to explore funding solutions
- Close deals by addressing concerns, negotiating terms, finalizing contracts, and presenting warranties, services, and financing options
- Showcase vehicle features by detailing specifications and functionalities
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and compliance standards
