Job Description:

Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Director will lead the sales and business development activities for Dodge Industrial, Inc. product lines in its region. This role will champion sales growth initiatives, develop key relationships with Channel Partners, OEMs, and major strategic end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion sales growth initiatives and develop key relationships with Channel Partners, OEMs, and major strategic end users.
  • Work in conjunction with the MPT Field Sales Representatives to support and coach them in their day-to-day activities.
  • Maintain an expert level of product knowledge and market knowledge on Mechanical & Power Transmission (MPT) portfolio.
  • Support other Sales Managers and Field Sales Representatives to present value propositions to customers and facilitate rapid profitable growth.
  • Analyze regional results/performance and assist in setting new targets.
  • Understand channels, market requirements, and competitor landscape.
  • Support the implementation of frame agreements.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of products, industries, and market knowledge.
  • University or Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven success with leadership and sales management.
  • Solid interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be professional, detail-oriented, self-motivated, innovative, creative, assertive, organized, and have the ability to work independently and as well as in a team.
