Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Support Specialist to provide administrative assistance to our schools and the Catholic Education Centre Administration Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical support for the efficient daily operation of the applicable school or department.

This is a casual, on-call opportunity, and daily/weekly hours are subject to change based on the needs of the Board. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse communities and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support for schools and the Catholic Education Centre Administration Office
  • Assist staff and the general public as required
  • Support the efficient daily operation of the applicable school or department
  • Engage with diverse communities and provide exceptional customer service
Qualifications
  • Excellent working knowledge of computers (Microsoft Word/Windows and other appropriate software packages)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum six (6) months clerical experience required
  • School Board experience is an asset
