Job Title: Family Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at Disera Medical.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical examinations, and developing treatment plans to address a wide range of health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze medical information from patients and other healthcare professionals
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations to identify diseases and injuries
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote healthy habits and wellness
  • Order diagnostic tests and procedures to determine the most effective treatment
  • Consult with other medical professionals to evaluate patient health
  • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
  • Provide counseling and support to patients and their families on various health and lifestyle issues
  • Provide emergency care and coordinate primary patient care
Requirements
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Specialization in family practice
  • Geriatrics, Gynecology, Internal medicine, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Psychotherapy
  • Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Interpersonal awareness, Organized, Reliability, Team player
