Job Title: Family Medicine Specialist

Disera Medical is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team. As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting thorough medical examinations, and developing personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other medical professionals to inform diagnosis and treatment.
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations to identify diseases and injuries, and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Prescribe and administer medications, as well as order laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures as needed.
  • Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health, and provide comprehensive care.
  • Advise patients on healthy habits, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Provide emergency care and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements:
  • Valid licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Specialization in family practice, with a focus on geriatrics, gynecology, internal medicine, obstetrics, pediatrics, and psychotherapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
