Job Title: Family Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at Disera Medical.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical examinations, and developing treatment plans to address a wide range of health issues. They will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough medical examinations to diagnose and treat various health conditions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' health needs
  • Prescribe and administer medications, as well as order diagnostic tests and procedures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on health and wellness
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the province or territory
  • Experience in family medicine or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
