Job Title: Family Medicine Specialist

Rutherford Medical Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary:
  • Collect and analyze patient medical information to identify diseases and injuries
  • Examine patients' health condition to identify diseases and injuries
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal health
  • Order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures to determine the most appropriate medical treatment
  • Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
  • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
  • Perform and assist in routine surgery
  • Advise patients on health care and provide counseling and support on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues
Requirements:
  • College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
  • Specialization in family practice
  • Alternative/complementary therapies
  • Emergency medicine
