Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm to assess their needs and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Possess comprehensive product knowledge to inform guests about cake selections, pricing, and current promotions.
  • Assist in the preparation of cake decorations and packaging materials.
  • Suggest additional products to enhance special occasions.
  • Accurately process orders using the point-of-sale system and encourage enrollment in the NbC Email Club.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized bakery display.
  • Follow health and safety regulations as well as NbC policies.
  • Demonstrate a servant's heart, a champion's spirit, and foster genuine connections in all interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while paying attention to detail.
  • Organized, self-driven, and capable of following directions.
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in operating a point-of-sale system.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in guest services is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
