Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

At ECO BURN INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
  • Provide customer service
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
