Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at ECO BURN INC. as a key member of our sales team.

Job Description:

The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for estimating costs of installing equipment, estimating or quoting prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates. They will also promote sales to existing clients, identify and solicit potential clients, assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service, deliver sales presentations, prepare and administer sales contracts, estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates, provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs, consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions, train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment, provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services, resolve product and service related problems, troubleshoot problems related to equipment, provide customer service, and supervise activities of other technical sales specialists.

Work Environment:
