Aroma Espresso Bar NOTL Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Aroma Espresso Bar NOTL. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring timely preparation and service of food.
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Order and manage food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Train Staff in Job Duties: Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that food meets our quality standards.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
