Job Summary

Bapa's Burritos Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food meets quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Inventory and Scheduling: Manage inventory levels, estimate ingredient and supply needs, and establish work schedules to meet business demands.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, and maintain accurate records of kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment
