Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to customers and internal teams
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
