Position Overview

The Food Services Supervisor at OM-Kitchen Corporation plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. This position is essential for ensuring that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of personnel responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
  • Ingredient Estimation: Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Budget Management: Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates for food services.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Order Preparation: Compile food order summaries for the chef.
  • Delivery Supervision: Oversee and verify the delivery of food trolleys.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
