Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing ongoing mental health and psychosocial client services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop relevant treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality mental health services, including screening, assessment, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in community development initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Promote quality health care outcomes by adhering to established standards of practice.

Requirements:

  • Experience in applicable computer software/programs.
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing or other allied health profession.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Registered/eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Sound judgment, tact, initiative, and high standards of integrity/responsibility.
