Job Summary

ViaChem Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
