The Sales Administrator is essential in assisting the sales team by effectively managing sales documentation, maintaining vehicle records, and providing comprehensive administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Documentation:

Organize and maintain sales documentation, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate Prepare and manage pouches for both new and used vehicles, including trade-ins Oversee vehicle key management, ensuring proper tracking and organization

Vehicle Management:

Maintain the registry for new and used vehicles, including stocking new arrivals and initiating pre-delivery inspections Update the dealership management system with precise vehicle information Coordinate licensing processes for all sales transactions and inventory Track demo vehicles and service loaners, ensuring an up-to-date list Update customer contact information in the system as necessary

Additional Duties:

Handle incoming calls in the absence of reception staff Provide reception coverage during staff absences Welcome customers and assist with their inquiries Perform general office tasks such as filing and labeling as required

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration is advantageous Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the automotive sector Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with dealership management systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
