Position Overview

The Sales Support Specialist will support both the sales and administrative functions at Hudson Entry, acting as the right-hand person to our sales leaders. You'll be responsible for assisting with quote generation, client follow-up, organizing sales events, and managing the sales team's schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support
    • Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, conducting the necessary research, and following up with clients to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to close.
    • Coordinate and manage the sales team's calendar, optimizing schedules to ensure maximum productivity. You'll be responsible for organizing meetings, client calls, and other sales-related activities.
    • Help identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and supporting lead generation efforts. Regularly follow up with existing and prospective clients to build relationships and drive sales.
    • Assist in planning and organizing sales events, promotions, and campaigns. This includes coordinating logistics, preparing promotional materials, and ensuring successful execution of the events.
    • Maintain accurate sales records, including tracking performance metrics and managing CRM data. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and organized.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Handle day-to-day office tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, scheduling meetings, and other administrative duties as assigned.
    • Organize and maintain digital files, including quotes, sales documents, and client contracts, using Google Workspace. Ensure that all team members have access to the necessary files and documentation.
    • Serve as the communication hub between sales, administration, and management to ensure smooth collaboration across teams. You'll help keep everyone aligned and on task.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and CRM systems is essential. The ability to quickly learn new software is an asset.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and management.
