About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Great Lakes Copper Ltd. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by coordinating the flow of information, planning and organizing daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Sales Team Activities
    • Manage sales team schedules and appointments
    • Coordinate sales meetings and presentations
    • Prepare sales reports and analytics
  • Provide Administrative Support
    • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns
    • Prepare and edit sales documents and presentations
  • Support Sales Operations
    • Plan and coordinate sales events and trade shows
    • Manage sales databases and customer relationships
    • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives
Requirements
  • Education
    • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales software
Work Environment
