Key Responsibilities
  • Address user inquiries and issues related to computer functionality.
  • Utilize user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Offer guidance and training to users based on their specific challenges.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions to assist fellow technical support analysts.
  • Deliver support for business systems, networks, and Internet-related issues as they arise.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times.
