About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our team at Altea Healthcare. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Present insights to senior management, providing a strong basis for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and financial/operational metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial data analysis, strategic planning, investor relations or related roles.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation tools such as Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
