Customer ServiceYou will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product recommendations.
Store OperationsYou will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
Reporting and AnalysisYou will be responsible for preparing and analyzing sales reports, including sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a retail management role is required.
SkillsYou will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
Physical DemandsYou will need to be able to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
