Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Post Office Assistant. As a key member of our retail team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell postal products and services to businesses and individuals
  • Sort, distribute, and process mail and packages
  • Provide customers with information and forms
  • Address delivery and service issues to resolve problems efficiently

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in business administration
  • Training and/or experience interacting with the public in a retail and/or service environment
  • Understanding of general or post office accounting systems
  • Physical ability to lift mail containers, push/pull boxes, sort mail, and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work on-call and adapt to changing priorities
