- Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
- Reporting and Correspondence: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Office Procedures Oversight: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent experience
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
