Bilingual Accounts Receivable and Credit Analyst

Position Overview:

This bilingual position is tasked with overseeing Credit, Collections, and Accounts Receivable for the CooperCompanies business. The responsibilities include tracking and managing customer accounts, engaging with clients, ensuring compliance with policies, addressing discrepancies, and recommending account modifications when necessary. Furthermore, this role will support month-end activities, collaborate with the Sales department, and ensure compliance with all Accounts Receivable protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate payment processing, billing modifications, and refunds
  • Support month-end activities to ensure timely issuance of customer statements
  • Oversee and manage customer accounts, interact with clients professionally, and resolve any discrepancies
  • Evaluate credit control measures, minimize delinquency, and achieve departmental objectives
  • Manage overdue accounts, perform credit assessments, and keep procedures current
  • Build effective working relationships with the Sales department
  • Engage in special projects and analytical tasks
Qualifications:
  • Fully Bilingual (French/English)
  • Strong communication and decision-making abilities
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining precision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, data query reporting, and ERP systems
  • At least five years of relevant experience
  • Accounting diploma or degree from a recognized institution

  • Office-based or hybrid work setting
