**The Property Specialist Role**

As a Property Specialist at CAPREIT, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with residents, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as the frontline liaison, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents, proactively monitoring vacancies and achieving leasing targets.
  • Lead the administration of services, collect payments, inspect properties, and facilitate resident moves.

**Requirements**

  • 1-2 years' experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient with MS Office and SAP knowledge is an asset.
  • Well-developed English oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements.
  • Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with effective negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
