Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a baking or pastry role

- Prepare dough for various baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and pastries, following established recipes or special customer requests.
- Create pastries for special events, such as weddings and birthdays.
- Bake a variety of doughs and batters to perfection.
- Handle special orders with precision and care.
- Decorate cakes and baked items with frostings and artistic designs.
- Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
- Maintain product quality to meet established standards.
- Operate baking machinery and equipment safely.
- Organize and oversee inventory management.
