About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at RV Remodeling LTD. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Coordination: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on administrative procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
