Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Happy Food Hub. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales results.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has a positive dining experience, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations and Logistics: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and health and safety regulations.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
