About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Venus Concept. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow sales territory to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons, and other medical professionals.
  • Provide product training and support to customers to ensure they are fully utilizing our medical aesthetic technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales and customer support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in medical aesthetic sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to provide training and support to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
