Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and serve food and beverages
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-6 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
