Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish work schedules
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The work setting will be in a fast food outlet or concession, restaurant, or similar establishment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
