Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons 1763071 Ont Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, establish methods to meet work schedules, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Operations: Prepare and submit reports, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
  • Team Management: Hire food service staff, prepare budget and cost estimates, and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, standing for extended periods, and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, team player, and reliability.
