Location: Moncton, New Brunswick

As an Account Manager, you will embody Office Interiors' vision to "Inspire People to Love the Way They Work" and our mission "to Assist Customers in Creating Productive Work Environments." Your responsibilities will include discovering ways to directly fulfill our mission and assisting our clients in utilizing technology to enhance productivity and efficiency in their workplaces.

This role emphasizes new business development and relationship cultivation. You should be passionate about contributing to your community and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. Your responsibility is to support, guide, and enable our clients in their quest to create a work environment that inspires and enhances productivity. You will strategize, develop, and coordinate sales initiatives to explore new and existing market opportunities for technology solutions.

About You:
  • You possess outstanding interpersonal, presentation, customer service, communication (both verbal and written), time management, and organizational skills.
  • You can prioritize tasks, demonstrate flexibility, and work autonomously.
  • You are detail-oriented with robust time management capabilities.
  • You are process-driven and can manage a territory, servicing clients while adhering to the Love the Way You Work Process.
  • You have the energy, motivation, and confidence to engage in prospecting activities and a proven track record of professional accomplishments.
  • You are capable of working independently, ambitious, and driven, consistently striving for improvement and excellence.
  • You are technologically adept with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and can quickly adapt to new technologies.
Your Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a sales-oriented role is preferred, with experience in phone systems and/or multi-function devices being an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A passion for technology sales and a willingness to learn about new product offerings.
  • Capability to meet deadlines and objectives in a competitive landscape.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset.
