Key Responsibilities:- Team Management and Development: Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and performance feedback to your team of Client Services professionals. Cultivate a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages growth and professional development.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions. Effectively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow processes and adherence to established policies and procedures. Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Champion a culture of compliance by implementing robust risk management practices and adhering to all relevant regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough reviews and audits to mitigate potential risks and ensure operational integrity.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.
To excel in this role, you will possess a proven track record of success in commercial lending and banking operations.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial lending experience and 10 years banking experience
- University degree (BComm, MBA, CFA), in addition to industry courses (eg. CSC, PFP, CFP)
- Must be an experienced banker with exceptional interpersonal, leadership and business development skills
