Position Overview

Harbor Global LLC is in search of a Lead Legal Technology Consultant to become a vital member of our innovative Legal Technology & Operations – Managed Services team.

Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients who engage in managed service agreements. We possess extensive expertise in legal workflows and technology across various platforms, primarily focusing on Intapp products, while also integrating with other essential systems such as practice management and document management systems, as well as external data providers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Legal Technology Consultant, your role will involve:

  • Collaborating with both senior and junior internal resources, as well as clients, to ensure effective prioritization and timely execution of both routine operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitoring and addressing issues within client production environments.
  • Enhancing configurations and processes for clients in response to evolving requirements.
  • Conducting regular proactive monitoring of client systems.
  • Providing timely assistance to clients and team members regarding production issues, whether data or process-related.
  • Supporting integrations with third-party applications.
  • Reconciling data across multiple systems.
  • Configuring Intapp product software.
  • Acquiring knowledge to achieve proficiency in both supported applications and business processes.
  • Collaborating with team members to implement planned changes to client implementation components.
  • Executing test plans to validate outcomes from continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Actively participating in the deployment of changes.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or Data & Analytics.
  • A solid understanding of the implementation process, including requirement analysis, design, configuration/development, migration, testing, and change management.
Technical Skills

The following technical skills are essential:

  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio; familiarity with collaboration tools such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in XML, JQUERY/JSON, and REST APIs is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in SQL is also a plus.
