As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team of Personal Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of services to the community, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Lead and support a team of Personal Support Workers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure exceptional client care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Identify and address operational challenges, implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Active registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (RNs or RPNs preferred).
  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong background in client care and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
