  • Monitor and report on service performance and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Active registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (RPN or RN)
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
