Job Opportunity: Client Service Supervisor

Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Client Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Personal Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the services provided by your team to the community.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing your problem-solving skills to find solutions and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and achieve team goals.
  • Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Active registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (RNs or RPNs preferred).
  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong background in dealing with complex client cases.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Supervisory or managerial experience is an asset, but not required.
